Pi Chi Omega Represents at OPMA Winter Meetings
Pi Chi Omega had a fantastic showing at the Ohio Pest Management Association (OPMA) Winter Meetings held December 11–13 in beautiful Columbus, Ohio. With over 230 pest management professionals in attendance, it was a prime opportunity to raise awareness and promote membership in our growing organization.
Thanks to the initiative of long-time legacy member and former OPMA president Molly Marsh, Pi Chi Omega was well represented throughout the event. Molly coordinated with the Pi Chi Omega executive staff to ensure that nomination forms, “About Us” handouts, and a prominent Pi Chi Omega banner were all on display for attendees.
“I love Pi Chi Omega, and since Ohio has some passionate and engaged members… it was a no-brainer really,” said Marsh. “We spent most of the cocktail receptions chatting with people about scholarships and opportunities that Pi Chi Omega creates, and people responded… even the sober ones!”
As captured in the photo, member Bill Kirchner showed his pride, sporting his Pi Chi Omega Hawaiian shirt and enthusiastically chatting with potential new members.
Molly Marsh embodies the spirit of service, never asking what Pi Chi Omega could do for her, but instead asking what she could do for Pi Chi Omega.
