• Technical Field Experience
  • Extensive pest management field experience in commercial and industrial facilities
  • Excellent assessment and analytical skills
  • Fumigation background preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of Regulatory/OSHA Policies
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, 3rd party auditors, state licensing and safety requirements and training
• Ability to Develop Training Programs and Communicate Effectively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Effective, attention-grabbing presentation manner
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize, delegate and multi-task

Candidates must be at minimum an ACE, preferably a BCE. At least 10 years pest management field experience is required. This position is located in our Topeka, Kansas headquarters, and provides support to eight district offices in five states. Travel to the district offices as well as time in customer facilities is required.
